Brief Job Description:
Growing specialist contractor (ERSS) company is looking for a Project Manager. He/ She oversees all the activities in a project site, including planning, task execution, safety, and personnel management. Their core focus is to ensure a project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Additionally, Project Manager provides technical support to clients or main contractors and will be working closely with design consultants.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and dedicated to work with strong interest and initiative.
Core Responsibilities:
- Overall in-charge for planning & Site operation.
- Responsible for monitoring the daily process, ensure site progress aligns with project schedule.
- Resolve site issues & obstructions & expedite works, initiate corrective action.
- Co-ordinate with operation team, main contractors, and consultants, subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance to company’s ISO, Safety, policy & procedures are complied with.
- Support business manager to secure new projects.
- Preparation of all documents and information for submission.
- Conduct project site supervision and inspection on a regular basis.
- To plan and execute project site work till completion and hand over.
- Maintain proper filing and records for each project.
Job Requirements:
- BCA recognized degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Mechanical or relevant field.
- Min 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge in ERSS works & on-site supervision is an advantage.
- Highly motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts.
- Confidence in interacting with a variety of consultants, sub-consultants, and suppliers.
Remuneration:
- Monthly salary starting from S$4,000 to $6,000
- 5 day work week (8.30am – 5.30pm) (44 hour work week)
- 38 day Leave (Annual leave 14 days + Casual leave 10 Days + Medical leave 14 days)
- Guaranteed Year End Bonus
