What you'll do:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will immerse yourself in the full spectrum of recruitment activities across multiple geographies within the APAC region.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to design and implement tailored recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and promote inclusive hiring practices.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for corporate functions across the APAC region, ensuring seamless coordination from initial engagement through onboarding.

What you bring:

The ideal Talent Acquisition Specialist brings a wealth of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes within large-scale or multinational settings.
  • A minimum of four years' experience managing full-cycle corporate recruitment within multinational environments or similarly complex organisations.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; equivalent combinations of education, training or experience are also welcomed.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing techniques with a proven track record of engaging passive candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Exceptional relationship management abilities that enable you to build trust with stakeholders at all levels while influencing positive outcomes.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple geographic locations is highly desirable, reflecting adaptability in navigating different cultural contexts.
  • A consultative mindset paired with strong interpersonal skills that foster collaboration within cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics to inform hiring decisions and optimise recruitment strategies for greater impact.
