Who We Need
Mount Alvernia Hospital is embracing cutting-edge technologies to revolutionise patient care, streamline operations and drive innovations across the healthcare. The digital transformation roadmap has lined up a series of tech refresh projects to modernize the patient management systems with AI, automation and smart technologies to deliver proactive, patient-centered care while maximising efficiency and performance.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in designing high-impact technology solutions that drives our transformation. He/She will analyse business needs and designs scalable solutions to meet requirement.
Responsibility includes creating technical roadmaps, selecting the appropriate technology stack, designing the system architecture and providing technical leadership throughout project lifecycles. He/She will also assist in administrative tasks as assigned by the head of department.
How to Succeed- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 15 years in systems development and implementation with a minimum of 8 years in a technical lead role
- Strong experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Fast learner with the ability to pick up new technologies quickly
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders
- Self-driven, independent and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
