Role Overview
As a Content Producer, you will play a key role in bringing our brand stories to life through engaging, high-quality video content. This role combines creativity, technical production skills, and a strong understanding of social media trends.You will be responsible for end-to-end video creation — from planning and shooting to editing and publishing — across platforms like Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Working closely with internal teams and external talents, you will help shape a consistent and compelling visual identity that resonates with our target audience and supports marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and execute video shoots with internal team members, clients, partners, and influencers.
- Manage shoot logistics including timelines, location scouting, and talent coordination.
- Lead on-set production, including directing talent, camera operation, lighting setup, and shot composition.
- Capture various content formats such as:
- Product highlight videos
- Showroom and workspace tours
- Interviews and testimonials
- Lifestyle and behind-the-scenes content
- Edit videos for multi-platform use (e.g., Xiaohongshu, Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Add subtitles, transitions, brand elements, and light motion graphics where needed to enhance storytelling.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and communicates the desired message effectively.
- Organize and archive all video assets and project files systematically for easy retrieval and future use.
- Stay current with social media and video content trends; proactively pitch creative ideas to keep content fresh and competitive.
- Proven hands-on experience in videography and video editing (portfolio submission required).
- Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Strong visual and storytelling sense — ability to translate marketing goals into compelling visuals.
- Confident in managing shoots independently and directing non-professional talents (e.g., team members, clients, influencers).
- Strong time and task management skills — able to plan, prioritize, and batch content efficiently.
- Up to date with social and short-form video trends (especially Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Instagram Reels).
- Experience shooting with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and mobile devices.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) to support bilingual content production and communication.
