Responsibilities:- Managed and guide a team of 5 to 10 designers on
Create high-end, intricate, and innovative red packet (ang bao) designs, combining traditional and contemporary aesthetics.
Corporate Branding: Develop compelling brand identities, logos, packaging, and marketing materials for a range of corporate clients.Packaging & Print Design:
Design for various print media including gift boxes, diaries, brochures, notebooks, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
Digital & Social Media Visuals: Support digital campaigns with engaging creatives for social media. Basic proficiency in digital design is required.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to understand client briefs, brand values, and project goals, and translate them into effective design solutions.
Print-Ready File Preparation: Ensure all artwork is production-ready, with correct color modes, bleeds, dielines, and print specifications.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant design experience.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership role.
- Prior experience in red packet design and print production is highly preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and a solid grasp of visual storytelling.
- Excellent eye for detail, layout, and typography.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and stakeholders).
- Portfolio submission is required with application.
