Key Responsibilities

Working closely with the Change Management Lead, the Change Communications and Engagement manager shall:

  • Draft and deliver quality, fit-for-purpose messages to drive awareness and knowledge transfer through a variety of channels and media.
  • Enable the right users and functions to understand upcoming changes and capture solution feedback; reinforce user knowledge.
  • Develop creative content and materials (collaterals, one-pagers, infographics, videos, interviews, and other related marketing communications materials) to help drive user awareness and engagement within the CIB Coverage segments.
  • Define and own a fit-for-purpose Communications & Engagement Approach and Plan to embed large scale operating model changes - working with Change Managers, Product Owners, Programme Directors and Process Owners to execute the plan
  • Create and manage Credit communications channels and distribution lists to ensure communications are sent to the proper target audience.
  • Support the communications delivery needs of the team, including multiple comms types (leadership, change release, refreshers, etc.) video creation, infographic / communications layout, or adoption metrics analysis / reporting as required.
  • Ensure effective engagement of stakeholders through success stories and user adoption/feedback editorials in several communication methods.
  • Coordinate with different teams and stakeholders for cross-functional, joint leadership, and other similar messaging.
  • Manage internal SharePoint sites to ensure all contents are updated, relevant, and organised
  • The Change Communications and Engagement Manager’s role is crucial in driving alignment across stakeholder groups to enable changes to be adopted and sustained. This involves working with Change Managers, Product Owners and Programme Managers to drive:
  • Communication and engagement requirements gathering and planning
  • Stakeholder engagement to secure buy-in
  • Delivery of quality communications and media to drive awareness and readiness for change across the impacted population
  • Continuous communication and support to keep employees informed and motivated and enable the change to be embedded in “business as usual”.
  • The Change Communications and Engagement Manager ensures that changes are implemented smoothly and efficiently within the organization’s workflows, including:
  • Defining clear, measurable adoption targets and metrics related to Communications and Engagement
  • Developing a detailed change communication plan that outlines steps, timelines, and responsibilities
  • Designs and implements communication programmes to ensure that employees are being informed and equipped to adapt to new processes
  • Continuous monitoring and communication to ensure any deviations are promptly addressed, and feedback is incorporated to refine the process.

Our Ideal Candidate

Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of specialist experience in Communications and Engagement delivery enabling large scale Change / Transformation programmes, preferably in banking domain
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project and analytical skills
  • Experience in Change Management is a plus

Knowledge / Skills / Experience Required:

  • Excellent written and and verbal communication
  • Strong and versatile copywriting skills, with an ability to engage stakeholders to elicit and distil key talking points
  • Excellent graphic design / communications layout skills – an eye for making communications artefacts attractive, punch and eye-catching
  • Skilled with media creation tools (e.g. Canva, MS Office, video editing tools)
  • Creative thinker with the ability to create engaging and impactful content across various channels.
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical and comprehension skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and foster positive relationships with relevant stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills; ability to drive time-critical outcomes to a defined plan.
  • Proactive, independent, resourceful and team player.
  • Commercialisation experience working closely with change managers across various projects/initiatives to create awareness and adoption during change.
  • Knowledge of CIB business segments, client types and product offerings would be advantage
Qualifications
