Toa Payoh - Online Marketing & Social Media Marketing Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Online Marketing & Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Manage and grow social media channels by creating engaging content, running ad campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Optimize SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic and ranking.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation and performance tracking.
- Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to improve marketing strategies.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with e-commerce marketing and online sales funnels.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
