Senior Manager, Corporate Communications - Geylang

A seasoned corporate communications professional who combines strategic thinking with strong writing and relationship-building skills. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and write press releases, media statements, speeches, and op-eds that reflect our brand voice and values.
• Support the Marketing Director with high-level messaging, including for CEO speeches, corporate decks, and crisis communication.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with media outlets, especially in the parenting, education, and lifestyle sectors.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams such as HR, marketing, and operations to align communication efforts.
• Manage the corporate communications calendar, ensuring messaging is timely, consistent, and aligned with organisational priorities.
• Provide guidance to regional offices on communication best practices and local adaptation of messaging.
• Serve as a point of contact for crisis communications — crafting holding statements, advising internal stakeholders, and managing reputational risks.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, preferably with both in-house and media/newsroom experience.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated success in media relations, including pitching and securing coverage.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to implement practical solutions.
• Good organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple deadlines reliably.

• Experience in the education or service sectors.
• Exposure to regional communications across Southeast Asia.
• Ability to support social media or digital content initiatives.
