Operations officer Cum Site Supervisor (Renovation) - Bukit Merah

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Process Oversight: Manage and supervise daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Daily Scheduling: Develop and maintain a daily schedule for installations and site activities, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely execution.
• Material Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery and distribution of materials to the site, ensuring that all required materials are available when needed and handling any discrepancies or delays.
• Team Coordination: Supervise site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring that work is carried out according to company standards and project requirements.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work and materials to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
• Issue Resolution: Identify potential issues or delays and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on site progress, material usage, and any issues that arise.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in site supervision or operations management within construction or renovation industry.
• Education: Degree or diploma in Construction Management, project planning, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with construction or renovation processes, scheduling, and material management.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, PMP) are advantageous.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
