Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and visitors
- Attend to queries and feedback from shoppers and tenants
- Assist in customer loyalty programmes and redemption of reward programmes
- Any other duties as assign by the Centre Management Office
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent with 1 year experience in retail or hospitality industry in a customer service role
- Candidates without prior experience are also welcome to apply
- Familiar with MS Office - MS Word and MS Excel
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly demeanor with strong service excellence mindset
- Able to work 6 days work week on rotating shifts (including Sat, Sun and Public Holidays)
