Sales Assistant
About the role
Blossomsfood Pte Ltd is seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team in the Woodlands North Region. This full-time role will involve providing exceptional sales and customer service support to our growing customer base.
What you'll be doing- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best products and solutions
- Assisting with sales transactions and order fulfilment to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and data entry as required
- Contributing to the development of sales strategies and initiatives
- Providing excellent customer service and a positive brand representation
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
- Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude
- A keen interest in the food and beverage industry and a desire to contribute to the growth of the business
