Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with government agencies to understand business needs through human centric design methods
• Create and analyse service journeys to identify improvement opportunities
• Develop compelling business cases for digital transformation initiatives
• Use visual methods to communicate complex processes and requirements
• Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions Digital Solution Development
• Transform business requirements into detailed user stories
• Create functional and technical specifications
• Define clear acceptance criteria for digital products
• Work with product teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
• Support the evaluation and selection of appropriate technologies

• Document and maintain comprehensive business requirements
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
• Validate requirements with stakeholders
• Manage requirement changes and impact analysis
• Create user flows and process diagrams Project Delivery
• Support both Agile and Waterfall development approaches
• Work effectively in various development environments (In-house/Co Sourced/Outsourced)
• Ensure smooth deployment and adoption of digital solutions
• Coordinate between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Support user acceptance testing and quality assurance
