Job Description:

Our client is a leading fintech company that offers innovative digital financial solutions designed to enhance financial inclusion and streamline payments across the region. The Talent Acquisition Specialist (ASEAN) will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across the ASEAN region.

This role will require a deep understanding of the fintech landscape and the ability to manage the recruitment lifecycle for a fast-growing, diverse, and innovative company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers for roles across the ASEAN region.
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and industry connections.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Identify and engage with high-potential candidates for key fintech roles in technology, product, marketing, and operations.
  • Manage high volumes of recruitment activity, ensuring consistent follow-up and timely feedback to candidates.
  • Represent the company brand in the market, showcasing our unique culture and growth opportunities to prospective candidates.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to develop and implement employer branding initiatives.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends in talent acquisition, fintech market developments, and regional hiring practices across ASEAN.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates, reports, and data-driven insights to the HR leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the fintech, technology, or financial services industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of the ASEAN job market, hiring trends, and talent pools across key countries (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, etc.).
  • Strong sourcing and recruiting experience, with familiarity in using various applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple recruitment processes across different locations.
  • A passion for technology and innovation within the fintech space.
