Full Time Dental Assistant - Toa Payoh

Location: Novena (near Newton), Singapore

Working Hours:

• Weekdays: Start time: 9AM - 6 PM (Lunch 1 hour)

• Weekends: Saturday & Sunday Half day (9-1pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient appointments
• Assist the dentist during procedures
• Clean and sterilize dental instruments and chairs
• Handle administrative tasks and patient records
• Collect payments and manage billing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dental office

Requirements:

• Ability to speak and write in English
• Ability to speak Mandarin/Malay/Tamil
• Proficient in using a computer and MS Office
• Prior experience as a dental assistant is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Malaysian nationality or PR are welcome to apply
• Candidates aged 45 and above are encouraged to apply
