Job Responsibilities :

Led a team providing fixed assets (FA) operations and advisory support, ensuring compliance with financial regulations (e.g., SB-FRS, Government IMs).
Assessed changes in accounting standards and proposed suitable accounting solutions.
Planned and executed major annual exercises like the Fixed Asset Confirmation, resolving discrepancies promptly.
Coordinated with auditors to support financial reporting.
Reviewed costs and capitalized development projects, identifying areas for process improvement.
Worked closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage assets throughout their lifecycle.
Used tools like Fi@Gov and Power BI to analyze FA data and support decision-making.
Led digital transformation and process enhancement initiatives.
Spearheaded system upgrades, aligning business requirements with future needs.

Job requirements :

Degree in Accountancy, CPA
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in finance/accounting at a senior level with a minimum of 2–5 years in a supervisory role preferred.
Experience in leading a team of finance professionals
A results-driven team leader with a collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; resourceful and able to work independently.
Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with SAP, data analytics/visualization tools, or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a plus.

Salary : S$5,000.00 – S$9,000.00
