Civil Engineer – Building Inspection & Project Operations

What you’ll do:
- Be on-site where it matters– Lead site surveys, façade (PFI) and structural (PSI) inspections for live buildings and construction projects.
- Be the connector– Act as the key link between clients, engineers, subcontractors, and authorities to keep projects moving.
- Turn findings into action – Write clear, sharp reports on structural and façade inspections that clients and agencies rely on.
- Solve problems fast– Follow up on site issues, technical queries, and feedback to keep stakeholders aligned.
- Tech + field work– Support our Drone Team in spotting defects from the air and translating data into reports.
What we’re looking for:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil, Structural Engineering, or related field
- Some site experience with local construction or building projects — internships count
- You can spot common building defects and aren’t afraid of heights or hard hats
- Proactive, hands-on, and ready to pick up ad-hoc tasks when projects need it
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic project management tools
- Bonus: Work-at-Height cert, Class 3 driving license
