Production Operator

• US MNC/ medical devices
• Mon - Fri / 5 days work week only. Must be able to work Flexi-shifts

Our client is a global US manufacturer of medical devices.

Responsibilities:

• Assembly of medical devices. You will also ensure daily output of quality products. You will adhere to quality and safety practices.
• To assemble, test and inspect product to meet most of the set output rate, cost and quality standard, safety targets and contributes in the continuous improvement efforts of the team.
• Contributes with in-depth skill proficiency in at least 1 assembly station.
• Responsible for ownership in planning individual work station capacity, output, quality and safety.
• Provides peer coaching to trainee on the assembly process

Requirements:

• Min primary education, preferably with credits in English or any other equivalent certification.
• Min 6 months of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Able to communicate in basic English
• Must be able to work Flexible Shift; 7.00am-3.00pm, 7.30am-5.00pm, 3.00pm-11.00pm and 11.00pm-7.00am (Mon-Fri only / 5 days work week)
• Good eyesight to assemble the parts
