Senior Executive, Marketing (Community Engagement and Partnerships)

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Executive, Marketing to join our team to plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives. As part of the Strategic Communications and Outreach Department, you will play a key role in supporting the Community Engagement and Partnerships, as well as Programmes and Services teams at Singapore Children’s Society.

You will be responsible for effectively advocating the Society’s cause, establishing the Society as a thought leader in matters relating to children, youth and family well-being and enhancing community outreach.

Job responsibilities will include:

  • Strategise and execute integrated marketing campaigns that advance the Society’s fundraising and service programme goals, ensuring alignment with broader organisational objectives
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach across all Society-owned channels
  • Lead content planning and development across digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Youtube), creating compelling and engaging posts that drive awareness, community engagement and donor support
  • Translate technical information into clear and digestible content that engages and adds value for diverse audience across platforms
  • Craft persuasive content for collaterals such as mailers, newsletters and social posts
  • Collaborate with designers to conceptualise and produce visually compelling campaign assets and marketing materials that align with brand guidelines
  • Launch and optimise targeted digital ad campaigns across Meta and Google platforms to maximise campaign reach, visibility and conversions
  • Manage campaign-specific microsites and landing pages, ensuring intuitive navigation, mobile optimisation and brand consistency
  • Support Society-wide events with photography and video coverage as needed
  • Track and analyse campaign performance across channels, translating data into clear reports with actionable insights to refine strategies and improve effectiveness
  • Oversee campaign timelines and budget allocation, ensuring optimal use of resources for maximum ROI

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with a minimum of three years of relevant working experience, preferably in brand or events marketing
  • Proven experience in developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns, content creation and data analysis
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and CMS platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics and WordPress
  • Excellent communication, project management and organisational skills
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging and audience-appropriate content across various platforms and formats
  • Ability to think strategically, prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
