Clinic Manager (Singaporeans only)

Job Purpose
  • Responsible for management of day-to-day operations of a Specialist Clinic to maintain optimal operating function
Job Requirement
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a Specialist Clinic
  • Ensure a consistent high level of service and clinical standards are maintained in the clinic
  • Registration of patients, scheduling appointments, dispensing medications and consumables and payment collection
  • General administrative duties in the clinic
  • Updating of medical billings/invoices
  • Responsible for monthly stock taking of drugs and consumables
  • Assisting Doctor in providing treatment and medical examination
  • Assist in planning and executing action plan to improve the service and clinical standards
  • Examine and resolve complaints when needed
  • Identify areas for improvement and engage in work process improvement projects to improve service quality and patient satisfaction at clinic level
  • Support the management in operational plans of the clinic which includes preparing and analysing performance data of the clinic
  • To undertake any other ad-hoc projects or any other responsibilities and assignments as assigned by the Management
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with Chinese-speaking patients

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a specialist clinic environment, ideally in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
  • Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good customer service and people skills required
  • Willing to work on weekends
