HR & Admin Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support daily HR operations and administrative functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management and office operations as the company continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Functions
  • Support end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interview coordination)
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR database
  • Assist in payroll preparation and leave administration
  • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee queries and HR-related matters
Administrative Functions
  • Oversee office administration and daily operations
  • Manage office supplies, IT equipment, and vendor coordination
  • Support procurement and expense tracking
  • Coordinate company events and internal activities
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
Requirements
  • Higher Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR/Admin experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
