Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment and talent initiatives across hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, and guest-facing operations.
This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, strengthening employer branding, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while supporting the company’s long-term people growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, operational, and venue-based roles across various seniority levels
- Source, screen, coordinate interviews, and manage offer processes efficiently
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, candidate profiles, and hiring expectations
- Build proactive talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs
- Employer Branding & Talent Engagement
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s reputation within the hospitality and tourism industry
- Promote the organisation’s culture, values, and employee experience through various recruitment channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, educational institutions, and community networks
- Candidate Experience & Stakeholder Management
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Ensure recruitment processes are organised, timely, and well communicated
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring coordination and onboarding support
- HR Projects & Process Improvement
- Support Talent and HR initiatives focused on attracting, engaging, and retaining employees
- Improve recruitment tracking, reporting, and hiring processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Contribute ideas and solutions to support long-term talent development and workforce planning initiatives
Requirements
Experience- Prior experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, retail, F&B, or service-oriented industries
- Proven ability to manage recruitment across multiple role types and seniority levels
- Experience in fast-paced environments with high-volume or urgent hiring needs is advantageous
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Well-organised with strong coordination and follow-through abilities
- Good understanding of local HR practices and employment regulations
- Creative and resourceful in sourcing talent through different recruitment channels
- Able to balance operational execution with strategic talent initiatives
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Enjoys creating positive experiences for both candidates and colleagues
- Takes initiative and ownership in delivering results
- Is adaptable, curious, and eager to continuously learn and improve
