Platform Systems Engineer

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team focused on driving key sustainment strategies. The position requires overseeing vehicle operations, support management, and service contract management, ensuring the smooth functioning of vehicles.

• Monitor and manage daily vehicle operations to ensure operational readiness and safety
• Plan and ensure maintenance and annual vehicle inspections are performed timely
• Coordinate with contractors and Users to resolve operational issues promptly
• Conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance activities, quality checks, and acceptance for new vehicles
• Collect and analyze vehicle fleet data to review fleet reliability and identify cost-effective improvements

• A degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related automotive field
• 2 to 5 years of experience in fleet or contract management with strong knowledge of vehicle systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and familiar with fleet management and data analytic tools
• Effective team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Hands-on experience and comfort with on-site operations
