ADEO’s work includes promoting mental wellness, providing case management services, organising recreational activities, empowering MDWs through skills development, and fostering social cohesion.

Job Title: Programme & Training Coordinator/Officer for Alliance of Domestic Employees OutreachPrimary Supervisor: Operations Manager for ADEO

Working Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday
(Evenings and Weekends may be required during meetings and events)
Summary of Job Scope
The Programme & Training Coordinator/Officer will support the Operations Manager in the development, implementation, and management of the Care Sisters programme and other initiatives under the Alliance of Domestic Employees Outreach (ADEO).This role combines programme coordination and training responsibilities to empower Migrant Domestic Workers (MDWs) through structured engagement and capacity-building opportunities.
The Coordinator will be involved in recruitment, training development, leadership formation, and event planning, while also supporting administrative and community outreach efforts. Working closely with trainers, volunteers, and community partners, the role ensures high-quality educational and leadership development experiences for MDWs.
Key Responsibilities
The Programme & Training Coordinator/Officer shall perform the following duties as well as other tasks assigned by the Team Lead for ADEO.
Programme Coordination & Administration- Assist in planning the Care Sisters programme, ensuring alignment with ADEO’s mission and objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of activities, training, and leadership development initiatives for the Care Sisters.
- Maintain accurate records of programme participants, activities, and outcomes.
- Monitor programme effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Support recruitment campaigns to engage MDWs from diverse backgrounds.
- Build and maintain relationships with embassies, NGOs, and community organisations.
- Assist in organising events and activities to promote ADEO’s mission and encourage participation.
- Design, plan, and implement training modules in alignment with ADEO’s mission and objectives, especially for the training of Care Sisters.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programmes, with trainers, facilitators, and volunteers to ensure smooth training operations.
- Manage logistics for training and outreach efforts at various MDW hotspots.
- Support the development of training materials and resources.
- Monitor training effectiveness and implement improvements based on participant feedback.
- Assist in developing outreach materials and communication strategies.
- Maintain and manage databases of stakeholders, volunteers, and partners.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and compile reports for internal and external stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably in social work, psychology, non-profit management, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in programme coordination, community outreach, or non-profit work.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; experience with Canva is a plus.
- Passion for supporting migrant communities and fostering inclusion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
