Job Title: HR Admin
Job Duration: 12 months contract with a possibility to extend or to go permanent!

Salary: up to S$3,400/month plus commissions

We’re seeking a proactive HR Admin to support HR operations through system improvements and data analysis. This 12-month contract offers potential for extension or permanence.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy
  • Develop RNF reports, dashboards, and analyses in Excel
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Provide ad hoc HR support

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field
  • At Least 1 year relevant experience
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel
  • Experience with HR systems and analytics is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
