- Assist in customers enquires
- calls, emails, walk-ins
- processing orders via purchase options & enrolments of new customers
- preparing daily sales reports to ensure accurate payments
- General data entry of invoice and inventory levels
- Receiving of stocks and arrangement of stocks in warehouse
- Providing repair service (Training provided)
- Generating inventory reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service / sales administration experience
