We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing salon team. This role offers strong earning potential and clear career progression within the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional consultation on hair, scalp, and beauty treatments
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services and packages
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Work closely with therapists and stylists to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Basic Salary: $2,000
- KPI Achievement Bonus: $1,800 upon reaching $12,000 in personal sales
Commission Structure:
- $24,000 sales: $3,000 commission
- $36,000 sales: $4,000 commission
High performers can expect a competitive monthly income with strong upside.
Requirements- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Experience in beauty, retail, or sales is preferred
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Hours: 11am - 9pm
