Job Summary

Support marketing and recruitment efforts to increase student enrolment by developing and executing targeted initiatives, managing events, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic enrolment and revenue goals.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and implement opportunities to increase student enrolment in collaboration with the Director – Marketing and Business Development
  • Develop and execute student recruitment and marketing initiatives to meet enrolment and revenue targets
  • Research and apply strategies to attract prospective students through new market opportunities
  • Align recruitment campaigns with the institution’s strategic and operational objectives
  • Organize and coordinate recruitment activities, education fairs, open houses, school visits, and marketing events within approved budgets and timelines
  • Collaborate with internal departments to plan and execute marketing and recruitment activities effectively
  • Deliver presentations, information sessions, and outreach programs to prospective students, parents, schools, and community organizations
  • Provide accurate advice on academic programs, admission requirements, and relevant government regulations
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, corporate organizations, and community partners to promote institutional programs and services
  • Support student retention by engaging students and encouraging progression to higher qualifications
  • Monitor recruitment performance metrics and recommend improvements to maximize enrolment outcomes
  • Manage education agents by handling agreements, maintaining agent records in Navision, managing agent files, and updating agent lists
  • Assist in preparing an annual calendar of marketing events to meet recruitment targets and promote TMC Academy
Required competencies and certifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, Education, or related field
  • Minimum three years of relevant administrative, marketing, recruitment, or customer service experience in an educational institution or service-oriented organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and database management systems
  • Proficiency in graphic design and content creation software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent applications
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), website analytics, lead generation tracking, and digital advertising platforms
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in recruitment and marketing tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize recruitment strategies
  • Flexibility to work outside normal office hours for events
