About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and dependable Sales Support Associate to join our client's team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting day-to-day sales operations, coordinating across teams, and delivering great service to both internal and external stakeholders.
While this is not a direct sales position, you will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team and play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations. There are opportunities for career progression for those who demonstrate strong communication, initiative, and a willingness to grow with the company.
What You’ll Do- Manage and coordinate sales administrative processes, including quotations, orders, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records using internal systems and CRM tools.
- Respond to customer inquiries and support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics with internal departments to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Generate sales reports, track KPIs, and assist in updating performance dashboards.
- Support inventory tracking and liaise with the Supply Chain team on stock availability.
- Work with other departments (e.g. Engineering, Logistics) to ensure project timelines are met.
- Assist in organising internal sales meetings, client visits, and company events.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure compliance with credit terms.
- Maintain up-to-date customer databases and communication records.
- Contribute ideas for improving workflow efficiency and customer experience.
- A Diploma in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in sales support, operations, or coordination roles.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
