About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and dependable Sales Support Associate to join our client's team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting day-to-day sales operations, coordinating across teams, and delivering great service to both internal and external stakeholders.

While this is not a direct sales position, you will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team and play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations. There are opportunities for career progression for those who demonstrate strong communication, initiative, and a willingness to grow with the company.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and coordinate sales administrative processes, including quotations, orders, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records using internal systems and CRM tools.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics with internal departments to ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Generate sales reports, track KPIs, and assist in updating performance dashboards.
  • Support inventory tracking and liaise with the Supply Chain team on stock availability.
  • Work with other departments (e.g. Engineering, Logistics) to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Assist in organising internal sales meetings, client visits, and company events.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure compliance with credit terms.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer databases and communication records.
  • Contribute ideas for improving workflow efficiency and customer experience.
What You Bring
  • A Diploma in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in sales support, operations, or coordination roles.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
