Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location: Tanjong Pagar

• Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)
• Salary: $3500
• Start Date: Immediate
• Duration: 12-month contract

As a Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, and streamlining recruitment workflows through innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding
• Administer recruitment assessments and manage candidate communications
• Maintain tracking of recruitment data and provide regular reports
• Identify and recommend technology solutions to streamline talent acquisition processes
• Support automation projects aimed at improving recruitment workflows
• Participate in campus recruitment events and career fairs for young talent programmes
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Specific Requirements:

• Degree in Business/Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Previous experience in recruitment, HR operations, or campus engagement preferred
• Strong interest in process improvement and technology solutions
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (VLOOKUP and pivot tables advantageous)
• Excellent verbal, written, and organisational skills
• A proactive, adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work weekends/after office hours for outreach events when required

Additional Notes:

• Preference for candidates with experience in Talent Acquisition and process improvement projects, with knowledge of technology (e.g., Python)
