Customer Service Executive

Handle incoming customer enquiries professionally via phone, email, and online chat.
- Liaise closely with the delivery team to address customer requests and delivery-related concerns.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying root causes, proposing suitable solutions, and ensuring timely follow-up until resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and perform general administrative tasks as required
- Deliver a positive customer experience by consistently meeting service standards
- Strong sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Passion for service excellence and genuine care for customers
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Minimum Primary / Secondary School / “O” Level qualification
- At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience
- Comfortable using email systems and online chat applications
- Computer literate and detail-oriented
- Willing to work in Pandan Crescent
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
- 5.5 Days work week
- Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm
- Alternate Saturday: 9am - 6pm(full day) – scheduled in advance and fairly rotated
