About the role
Are you an experienced Accounts Executive looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an Accounts Executive to join the dynamic team at Apotheca Marketing Pte Ltd, based in the West Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records and supporting the accounting operations.
What you'll be doing- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner
- Reconciling bank statements and ensuring all transactions are properly recorded
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Providing administrative support to the accounting team as needed
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Accounts Executive role, preferably in the Accounting or Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
