We have an opening for the following position:

Legal Secretary

Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Assisting with the preparation of legal documents
  • Answering calls and handling requests
  • Scheduling of meetings/appointments and preparing of meeting materials
  • Maintaining client contact list
  • Performing general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, binding, file management
  • Providing administrative support on a day-to-day basis, such as expense claims and time recording
  • Preparing of billings

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 GCE ‘O’ level credits including English
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications
  • 2 years’ working experience as a Legal Secretary
  • A good understanding of conveyancing matters, including the process of property transactions and related legal documentation
  • Takes initiative and is a team player
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skill
  • Good time management
