We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Assistant with strong industry experience to support venue operations, customer engagement, and event coordination.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly to deliver high-quality service and hospitality
Respond to customer enquiries and feedback to resolve issues professionally and maintain satisfaction
Assist management in planning and coordinating nightly venue operations to ensure smooth functioning
Support the supervision and coordination of floor staff, hosts, and service personnel to maintain operational efficiency

Preferred competencies

Minimum 3 years of working experience in public relations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
