Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and execution-driven Marketing Associate to grow brand awareness, customer engagement, and bookings for OhMyGal. This role is hands-on and suited for candidates who are comfortable creating, posting, and analysing content independently.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and execute social media content
Manage posting schedules, captions, and basic community engagement
Support promotional campaigns, packages, and seasonal launches
Track and analyse marketing performance (engagement, leads, bookings)
Coordinate influencer or collaboration opportunities
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Strong interest in beauty, skincare, and aesthetics
Familiar with social media platforms and trends
Comfortable working independently in a small team environment

Preferred

Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
Basic photography or video editing skills
Prior beauty or lifestyle marketing experience
