We help buyers, sellers, and investors navigate property decisions with clarity and data-backed insights — minus the sales pitch.Our content spans articles, newsletters, and social content — and now we’re looking for a social media executive to turn this into bite-sized, platform-native content that reaches new audiences.
The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Executive to lead the charge on turning property insights into compelling, scroll-worthy content. This isn’t a generic post-and-reply role — you’ll be responsible for translating Stacked’s editorial and data content into visual-first formats that educate, engage, and build trust.You’ll create simple but high-impact graphics, write clean and conversational captions, and manage our presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
What You’ll Do- Turn editorial articles and data stories into visual carousels, charts, and infographics that work on Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Manage the content calendar and posting schedule across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, etc).
- Write strong, on-brand copy that’s informative without being dry — and always grounded in our editorial voice.
- Work with the editorial and research teams to translate data into bite-sized, digestible formats.
- Monitor trends, performance, and engagement, and use that data to inform future content creation.
- Reply to DMs and comments, surface relevant questions or market concerns, and foster community engagement.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (media or editorial background preferred).
- Strong ability to design and generate visuals using Canva, Figma, Illustrator, or similar.
- A good eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Solid understanding of what performs on different platforms — especially short-form video and data-led visuals.
- Strong writing skills, with an ability to break down complex topics into easy-to-digest captions or hooks.
- Interest in Singapore’s property market, housing policy, or real estate investing.
- Experience working with or interpreting property market data (e.g., URA, HDB, SquareFoot).
- Built or grown a personal or brand social account in real estate, finance, or news.
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar).
- Familiarity with tools like Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
