M&E Engineer (Building Construction)

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on-site
- Review M&E drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities on M&E matters
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety of M&E installations
- Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and method statements
- Assist in testing & commissioning and project handover processes
- Prepare and maintain proper documentation, reports, and records
Requirement:
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, recognized by PE Board Singapore.
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience in Electrical/Mechanical engineering related projects in Singapore for building and construction industry.
- Possess strong Electrical/Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experiences.
- Strong Knowledge of M&E details, working drawings and local construction practices
