Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager (Property Projects)

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients on feasibility studies, proposals, budgeting, schedules and execution plans
  • Responsible for entire tender process including scoping, tendering, evaluation, recommendation and contract awards
  • To lead, coordinate and execute projects within budget and timeline to achieve good quality standard
  • Ownership of procurement & progress tracking with weekly update on logs and trackers
  • Client facing with good management of stakeholder relationships
  • Proactively identify and early highlight of potential risks with mitigation plans to propose to stakeholders
  • Conduct project meetings and workshops with clients, multi-disciplinary consultants, contractors, etc to ensure smooth delivery of projects
  • Provide weekly project update and report to stakeholders and the wider project team
  • Attend to inspections and site walks for quality control and tracking of progress
  • Review and approve on documents for project and commercial close out

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Building / Project Management / Architectural / Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Project Management Consultancy with good technical and contractual knowledge
  • Engage confidently with stakeholders and approach things from their perspective
  • Thrive under pressure and comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
