Job Description

Responsibilities:

Clear and coherent explanation of loan contract terms and details to customers
Assist customers with their loan applications
Accurate and careful data entry of customer details
Admin duties such as photocopying and filing
To provide customers' service at exemplary levels while upholding the professional image of the company
To be proactive and initiative to ensure a pleasant experience for the customers during their appointment
To assist customers' account management along with accurate and data entry of every customer details

Requirements:

Entry level with right skill set
Friendly and positive attitude
Able to speak proficiently in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)
