Sales Director – AdTech Solutions (APAC)

We’re looking for a Sales Director to spearhead our continued growth across the APAC region in Ad Serving, Creative Personalization (Display, Native, OLV, CTV, Audio, Social), and Ad Verification. This role is key to expanding our commercial footprint by winning new business, building strategic partnerships, and delivering scalable solutions that drive measurable performance.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how brands, agencies, and AdTech partners leverage our advanced technology to increase ROAS, streamline operations, and thrive in privacy-centric, cookieless environments. Your consultative sales approach, paired with strong technical fluency, will allow you to uncover client needs and deliver tailored, performance-led solutions that resonate with decision-makers.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead new business development efforts across APAC
  • Identify and qualify high-value opportunities across advertisers, agencies, and tech partners
  • Craft compelling, strategic proposals that align with client KPIs and operational needs
  • Drive incremental revenue through cross-sell and upsell strategies
  • Collaborate closely with client success and solutions engineering teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support
  • Navigate commercial negotiations in partnership with legal and finance teams
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting in Salesforce
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events and conferences
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual revenue targets
What You Bring
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth within the digital advertising or marketing technology ecosystem
  • Deep understanding of the media landscape — including ad servers, DSPs, SSPs, measurement providers, and data platforms
  • Experience engaging C-level stakeholders at global brands and agency holding companies
  • Strong track record of closing enterprise-level deals and managing long sales cycles
  • Consultative mindset with a strong grasp of media performance metrics, audience targeting, and creative optimization
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • 7+ years of sales experience in AdTech, MarTech, or related industries
  • Experience selling across digital channels — familiarity with CTV, social, and programmatic environments is a major plus
