• Working Hours: Monday to Friday
• Salary Package: Up to $9,000 (basic) + AWS
• Job Type: 1-Year Contract (Renewable)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with project goals and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
• Manage infrastructure projects with efficiency and effectiveness.
• Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders such as business users, project teams, and external vendors.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Address stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicts, and manage issues as they arise.
• Foster cohesive collaboration and positive team dynamics.
• Incorporate user needs and feedback into project deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks and standards across all project activities.
• Implement quality control processes to uphold high standards of project deliverables.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure expenditures remain within approved limits.
• Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve project-related challenges.
• Make data-driven decisions based on project needs and stakeholder input.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience with a background in full software or product development cycles, preferably using Agile Methodology.
• Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), with the ability to influence and pitch ideas to stakeholders.
• Project Management certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, or PMI will be an added advantage.
• Proven track record as a strong project manager with expertise in stakeholder management and delivering comprehensive project management artifacts.
