Job Scope:

Retrieve documents from online systems and perform data entry
Perform physical verification, sighting of fixed assets
Perform AP functions, from daily to month-end closing activities which includes the following:-
Daily review of GST details in invoices submitted via eInv module to identify exceptions
Prepare and complete upload templates for mass invoices upload to SAP or/and any other invoice where exceptional handling is required
Download invoices from Gov websites
Daily clearing of team mailbox and answering simple queries
Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings and department’s events. Work closely with stakeholders to confirm availability and meeting logistics (agenda, location).
Check and review transactions submitted by other division staff and to follow-up with them for supporting documents, where required.
Perform any ad hoc tasks as required.
