Senior / Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Garaging team to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient execution of nightly operations.
- Oversee manpower planning, monitor team performance, and conduct regular briefings to maintain operational readiness and uphold company standards.
- Attend coordination meetings with relevant authorities and stakeholders on planned road or lane closures impacting bus services.
- Plan and execute necessary operational adjustments, ensuring approvals, staff readiness, and effective communication across all involved parties.
- Support incident management to ensure safe and uninterrupted execution of operational activities.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, safety and service reliability.
- Provide regular updates and reports to Management on operations matters, and support ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Supervise and ensure workplace safety and health risks are identified, assessed and controlled, and provide employees with information on compliance to workplace safety and health policies.
- Possess at least a Diploma in any field.
- At least 3 years of working experience as a supervisor in an operations and fast-paced environment.
- Possess good communication skills, good situational awareness and able to multi-task.
- Certified IOSH with relevant authorities and/ or equivalent.
- First Aid certification and Class 3 driving licence will be an advantage.
