Role Overview
W Search & Staffing is currently hiring for Retail Advisors roles in the East / Central Regions. As part of the organization's expanding team, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional customer service skills and passion for high-end fashion and accessories.This is a full-time position with an attractive salary, plus sales incentives and bonuses.
Job Responsibilities- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Demonstrating and promoting the features and benefits of luxury products.
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Assisting with stock management and replenishment.
- Collaborating with the team to identify and implement sales strategies.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably within the Luxury Retail / Jewellery industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to match customers with the right products.
- Enthusiasm for fashion, luxury brands and trends and possess a positive, friendly and professional attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required. Comfortable in working on a shift roster (morning / afternoon).
