Jurong West - Corporate Sales Executive (Automotive)(West)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Sales Executive (Supporting Role) to assist the corporate sales team in achieving sales targets and delivering excellent service to our B2B clients. The successful candidate will provide operational and administrative support to senior sales staff, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure a smooth sales process from lead generation to post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the senior sales team in managing corporate client accounts and handling routine follow-ups.
• Prepare and organize sales presentations, proposals, contracts, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, finance, and operations to support sales processes and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
• Conduct market and client research to support lead generation and strategy development.
• Support in organizing and attending client meetings, exhibitions, and events.
• Help manage client communications, respond to queries, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance data and generate periodic reports for internal review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and support documentation standards for all client-related activities.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales support, client coordination, or customer service roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
