We opened our first store in February 2016 to fill a gap in the market for the type of high quality all-natural food that we would love to feed our own families. With 8 Retail Stores, an E-Commerce platform, 7 Restaurant-Cafés, the Starter Lab Bakery Factory, we now have more than 400 team members!

Role:

Warmly welcome and greet our customers to the restaurant / café
Will learn to possess good product knowledge and be well-versed in all our menu items served in the restaurant / café
Confidently present the menu and propose / upsell different food & beverage choices to our customers
Place orders through the point-of-sale (POS) system and help serve orders to the tables accurately
Assist in clearing and resetting of tables according to hygiene standards and requirements
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness for the service station
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management relating to the service and cleanliness of the restaurant / café
Learning and training opportunities leading to growth and salary increments:

Traditional Promotion to Team Leaders --> Supervisor --> Assistant Restaurant Manager --> Restaurant Manager --> F&B Operations Manager

Skills and Abilities:

Capable of providing excellent customer service with a can-do attitude
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work cohesively with fellow team members as part of a team
Able to work on weekends and public holidays (5-day roster)
