Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):
- Guide passengers on the use of Self-Service Kiosks and Auto Bag Drop machines
- Greet passengers upon arrival and ensure a smooth departure process
- Guide transit passengers between arrival gates and Transfer Holding Areas
- Assist passengers requiring special assistance (e.g. families, strollers, etc)
- Perform gate handling duties, including coordinating departure activities with internal departments and communicating with airline crew
- Maintain professional grooming, communication, and service standards at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Levels or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work rotating shifts, including overnight
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
