About the Job:

The role requires a high level of adaptability, multitasking, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in managing projects from inception to completion, liaising with various stakeholders, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality insights and solutions for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute market research and consulting projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and expert networks to align project deliverables.
• Identify, engage, and onboard subject matter experts to support project requirements while managing relationships to ensure compliance with company and client guidelines.
• Oversee data collection, validation, and analysis processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information provided by experts.
• Suggest and implement process enhancements to improve project efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones, to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery within agreed deadlines.
• Coordinate with expert networks and local partners to secure subject matter experts and ensure their alignment with project goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree of any specialisation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project operations role within market research or an expert network firm is welcome to apply.
• Extroverted and proactive with strong project management and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Japanese Speaking is mandatory due to stakeholders’ management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
