Role Summary
We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to support daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities- General Administration: Manage phone calls, emails, office supplies, filing systems, and meeting schedules.
- Client & Vendor Coordination: Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to schedule site visits, order materials, or follow up on quotes.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain timesheets, equipment inventories, and safety records.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure office/workshop areas meet basic H&S standards.
- Travel & Logistics: Arrange site visits, book transportation/accommodation for field engineers, and manage vehicle maintenance schedules.
- Experience: 1–2 years in office administration is a plus.
- Education: Diploma or higher is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Office-based. Standard hours (Full Time): Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
