NUS-ISS are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive / Senior Executive to support programme operations and client services. In this role, you will administer student services, manage admissions, course administration, and assessments, and collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient processes and a seamless learning experience.

Job Description
  • Administer student and learner services in specialized areas such as admissions, course administration, examinations, and assessments.
  • Handle student and learner inquiries, providing timely and effective support.
  • Assist in the planning and organization of student graduation ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with teams to review and improve processes and guidelines, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with industry best practices.
  • Conduct data analysis and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders to support decision-making and track progress.
  • Work closely with Practice Chiefs, Programme Chiefs, Business Development, and the Graduate Recruitment team to support admissions goals and programme completion.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects related to programme operations and student services as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience in the education sector, specializing in exam preparation, assessments, and examination processes
  • Strong administration, planning, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-centric mindset; service-oriented.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and a great team player
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
