You’ll be hands-on from start to finish – brainstorming ideas, shooting mobile content, editing clips, and staying ahead of trends to ensure we’re consistently putting out engaging, platform-native content. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes TikTok, Reels, and short-form storytelling and who can turn scrappy ideas into scroll-stopping videos.

1. Video Content Creation & Production

• Conceptualise, film, and edit short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels that’s trend-driven, engaging and on-brand.
• Own the end-to-end production process – from scripting and filming to video editing and publishing.
• Repurpose video assets across platform while ensuring content remains platform-native and effective.

1. Creative Ideation & Campaign Execution

• Ideate, develop and produce engaging, shareable, and trend-driven content across platforms and emerging channels in line with a robust content calendar.
• Plan and execute creative social media campaigns, contests and interactive activities to drive engagement, downloads and other success factors.

1. Social Media Management

• Be a part of the team overseeing and managing the social media accounts of So Drama! Entertainment, our new lifestyle and entertainment app – Kakee, ensuring consistency and versatility in tone, branding, and messaging across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategies and enhance audience engagement.

1. Community Engagement:

• Actively interact with audiences, respond to comments and messages, and spark conversations to foster a strong and engaged online community.
• Address audience concerns professionally, manage brand reputation online, and escalate potential issues when necessary.

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work cross-functionally within Creative & Content and with Product, Tech, Marketing, Business Development and other internal stakeholders to meet social engagement KPIs
• Partner Ideation Lab – our in-house creative design team – in participating in external client pitches when required, focusing on effective and appropriate social engagement strategies and ideas.

• Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience creating video content for social media — ideally in entertainment, lifestyle, or digital media.
• Proven ability to shoot and edit short-form videos using mobile devices (e.g. iPhone, Android) and apps like CapCut, Adobe Suite etc.
• Deep understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience behaviours.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a creative flair.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing trends.
• Passion for media, entertainment and digital content – with a deep understanding of Singapore’s cultural and linguistic landscape.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus; to oversee both English and Mandarin radio station content.
